New user session cannot access Jira or Confluence

      Summary

      New user sessions are unable to access Cloud products getting a TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS error message instead.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Attempt to access either Jira or Confluence with a new user account.

      Expected Results

      Confluence and/or Jira is reached properly.

      Actual Results

      Users are getting a TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS error message followed by a Your operation is taking longer than usual message and cannot access Jira or Confluence.

      Notes

      Because the automatic sync is failing, newly created groups will not be shown in Jira or Confluence as well.

      Workaround

      None.
