Passthrough Cloud Login to IdP Instead of id.atlassian.com

Problem Definition

Cloud Customers who have configured SAML for authentication in their Cloud Instances are sent to the id.atlassian.com login page and prompted for an Email Address before being sent to the IdP provider which requires the user to re-enter their email address

Customers who only have their Company/Domain access their Cloud Instance would prefer the Login Experience to pass the user directly through to the configured IdP rather than having to verify on id.atlassian.com

Suggested Solution

Provide an option where Admins can configure login to be passed through directly to their configured IdP
