Description
Problem Definition
A company has an instance CloudA with their domain verified, they also have another instance CloudB, which has different users under the same email domain. Admins are only able to managed users in CloudA, and not able to modify users in CloudB eventhoug they already claimed domain in CloudA (they are not able to verify domain twice)
Suggested Solution
- Create a feature to allow the safe ownership verification of the same domain in multiple instances, this way accounts on both instance can be managed in the instance itself.
Why this is important
- As we move forward to provide a suite of awesome applications for bug tracking, knowledge and development, we must understand that big companies may have more than one Cloud instance, it is important that they are allowed to managed their users in all those instances.
Workaround
When you want to manage users in CloudB
- Unverified the domain in CloudA
- Verify the domain in CloudB
- If you want to do manage users in CloudA again, repeat the same process
