Summary

Currently, when users try to login to Cloud Instance. Some users encounter "Too many redirections during login" and "Your operation is taking longer than usual". 

Steps to Replicate

1. Try to login
2. Get  "Too many redirections during login" and "Your operation is taking longer than usual".  error.

Expected Result

Login successfully.

Current Result

Login return with "Too many redirections during login" and "Your operation is taking longer than usual".  error.
