How to replicate

1. User logged into id.atlassian.com.
2. Go to their Instance
3. Logout from the instance.

Actual Result

Users are still logged in

Expected Result

They will be able to log out

Workaround

1. Go to https://id.atlassian.com
2. Login
3. Go into the instance https://<instance>.atlassian.net
4. Click on the Logout from the instance (JIRA/Confluence)
