      Export Users button is disabled in User Management

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Click on the cog icon on the right top menu and select User Management
      2. Try to export users through the Export Users button

      Expected Results

      The button is available and functioning properly

      Actual Results

      The button is disabled and it's not possible to export the users.
