Customers are seeing 404 error pages when trying to log back in right after being logged out from the Administration page.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log in to a cloud site
2. Click on Application Navigator button on the upper left corner
3. Click Configure
4. From the Application Navigator page, click Log Out
5. On the log in screen, type in credentials

Expected Result:
User gets logged in

Actual Results:
After a few redirections, site URL gets altered to https://sitename.altassian.net/https://sitename.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/customize-application-navigator\\ resulting in 404 error

Additional Info:

• Same problem occurs while authenticating through OAuth
• Users without any admin privileges won't be able to reproduce as they will not reach the Administration page through the Configure button within the Application Navigator menu. In this case, the button is hidden.

Workaround:
Manually change the URL to https://sitename.altassian.net to log in again.
