Users Get logged out of their sessions after 10 minutes or so.

Steps to Reproduce

reproduction steps are unknown and will be investigated on shortly.

Expected Results

User Stays Logged in and can use the software as normal

Actual Results

User is prompted that they have been logged out (in the case of saving a JIRA issue)
or they are presented with the login screen and need to re-enter their credentials to log back in.

Notes

This has been reported to impact bitbucket as well in a minority of cases.

Workaround

There is no workaround at this time.
