Password recovery email never arrives

      I've been trying to setup my Bitbucket (cloud) account with two factor, see steps here My account is setup via google, so doesn't have a password, so i've been using https://id.atlassian.com/login/resetpassword and resetting the password HOWEVER the email never arrives.
