Summary

The os_authType=basic is not working in some Atlassian Cloud instances.

According to this documentation, os_authType=basic can be added to the URL, JIRA or Confluence will then request that a username and password is provided, however, it is not working for some instances.

Open an issue by adding the ?os_authType=basic at the end of the URL.

Actual result

A blank page will open.

Expected result

A prompt window will open requesting the username and password.
