We are encountering this issue as well. We should be able to disable the IDPs for our tenant. We do not want our users to log in with the wrong IDP.

It's just annoying to everyday have to be confronted with something I will never use, and it's continuously promoting me to login with my private google account as that is sometimes logged in on my work. Also when you enter the login page you can not just start typing your email address as you first have to click away ( defocus ) from the annoying google login section.

Security audit recommended that we remove this feature from our tenant.  It would appear that we have to answer to using the hosted JIRA and having no ability to enforce SAML on this.  Enterprises need this feature.

            Hi everyone,

Thanks for taking the time to write this suggestion. Unfortunately, we don't have plans to implement this feature. As Atlassian Account is a global login experience, it will not be possible for an administrator to tailor the experience for their users only.

            Regards,

Google domains are sometimes managed by different groups from the Atlassian cloud.  It may lead to confusion at times with mismatching accounts.

This is causing confusion amongst the user base.

We don't use personal Google accounts for company business, nor do we want to.

It would be good if the customer uses an Atlassian Cloud login to be able to remove the Google Login button to save confusion for end users and vice versa.

In our scenario, our primary Google domain is @domain1.com but users send emails using an alias @domain2.com. So if they sign up using Google, their account will have domain1.com as their email address, but if they email in a support ticket it will come from domain2.com so will create 2 separate accounts in Jira and no visibility of the tickets open on the other account.

We have therefore decided to allow users to sign up via an Atlassian Cloud account, but seeing the Google button and being Google Apps users they would probably try and access the JIRA systems via that, causing confusion.

A simple toggle for the use of each button would be great.
