      Unable to create user if email has "ç" character

      Environment

      • JIRA v1000.695.3

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Navigate to User Management (Cog icon > User Mangement)
      2. Click the button Create User
      3. Key in an email with a "ç" character (e.g: testuserç@testmail.gmhb)

      Expected Results

      User to be created.

      Actual Results

      Error on screen:
      A valid email address must be supplied
