SUMMARY

Atlassian Cloud users management is throwing error intermittently and failed to provide result to users.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

• It is occurring intermittently. No exact steps on how to reproduce it.

It if is occurring:

1. Access Atlassian Cloud user management.
2. Try to search for any user or other action.
3. Combination of below errors will be thrown:

   findAllUserNamesOfGroup could not be queued for execution and fallback failed.
   
   The "Users" and "Groups" sections fails with different errors, when clicking on them:
   
   searchGroupsWithAttributes could not be queued for execution and fallback failed.
   
   searchUsers could not be queued for execution and fallback failed.
   
   findAllGroupsWithAttributesByAnyPropertiesMatching could not be queued for execution and fallback failed.
   

Expected Result

User management will provide users with result of the search and working without any error.

Current Result

No action can be performed in user management.
