Summary

Uploaded an image as avatar in https://id.atlassian.com/profile/profile.action, but it is not reflected on different browsers. The avatars seems to be saved as cache/cookies.

Step to reproduce

1. Open incognito/private mode
2. Log into https://id.atlassian.com
3. Upload an image as avatar
4. Use a different browser and log into https://id.atlassian.com with the same credention

Expected Result

Updated avatar is saved and showed on different browsers.

Actual Result

It shows the default avatar when login with differenct browsers
