      Some customers are unable to log in to their instances, getting this error:

      Failure in Atlassian Cloud authentication system

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Try to log in with one of the affected users

      Expected Results

      Should work.

      Actual Results

      Fails with that error.

      Workaround

      None so far.
