      Problem Definition

      When access id.atlassian.com, users got the following message:

      When accessing JIRA or Confluence with Atlassian Account enabled, they will be redirected to id.atlassian.com, this causes customers not able to access their instance.

      Notes

      This happens intermittently.

      Workaround:

      No workaround at the moment.
