Problem Definition
Customers utilizing non-English language Settings within JIRA do not receive a Translated Password Reset Email like they do for standard JIRA Notifications
Steps to Reproduce
Change Language Settings in User Profile to something other than English; for testing used French
- Click Profile Icon > Profile
- Edit Preferences, Choose French, and Update
- Logout and Attempt a Password Reset by using the "Unable to Access Your Account" link
Expected Results
Password Reset email is in the user's selected Language
Actual Results
Password Reset Email is sent in English

Incorporate an option where the User's Language Setting or the System Default Language setting is used with the Password Reset Email
