Bug
-
Resolution: Fixed
-
Medium
Steps to reproduce
- Start an instance with JIRA + Confluence.
- Add some users.
- Disable JIRA.
Check Crowd's database, and the active flag has been set to F and those users can no longer log in. rmassaioli suspects the cause is the AddJ2C service that maintains user cross license changes that was added as part of the work to allow customers to add and remove JIRA from Confluence-only instances.
There's currently no way in the UI to re-active these users, so customers running into this have to raise a support request to have us do it.
[ID-60] Users added under JIRA + Confluence when JIRA is turned off have "active" flag set to false
