Audit logs don't show author of user and group changes after introducing unified administration

      Before the unified administration, the audit logs would show which user changed made the changes related to users:

      After the unified administration, that's no longer shown, it shows "JIRA" as the author of the change:

            I can't believe these comments are from 2018. This is a serious issue for us as a user has been added to our account and I have no way of discovering who has added them. It just shows as author 'Jira'. Adding a new user with access to all projects is a pretty big security risk. Why has this not been addressed yet.
