In JIRA's predelete group validation, it checks if the group is associated with any comment or worklog (as part of the security level).

In the case that it is able to find such a comment or worklog, the error message provided is "You must specify a group to move comments/worklogs to.".

We need to either:

1. include a link to the comments and worklogs in question in the message, or
2. provide the ability to specify a fallback group, where any comments/worklogs as found above will be transferred to another group.
