Changes to first and last names, usernames or emails of Google Apps users are not synchronized to an Ondemand instance connected to Google Apps for some users. Some new Google Apps users may be missing first and lastnames when they first login to an Ondemand instance. This affects only a small subset of Google Apps users.

The issue appears to be caused by invalid data returned by Google Directory APIs. We are currently investigating the issue with Google support.
