Since the recent release 12th October 2015, user is seen to be missing the ability to edit user properties and to edit user roles from user management.

      Customer use the user properties to trigger some post function on the workflow.

      Expected result

      To be able to edit user properties and user roles in the user management menu as per ID-172.

      Actual Result

      There is no option to edit user properties or user roles anymore.

      Workaround

      Manually access the Edit User Properties page using the following URL:
      https://[instance-name].atlassian.net/secure/admin/user/EditUserProperties.jspa?name=[username]
      Manually access the View User Project Roles page using the following URL:
