New user management system doesn't mention that Bitbucket invites are going to be sent

      The previous user management system would inform the administrator that they were about to invite a user to join Bitbucket in the following groups:

      The new user management system doesn't mention anything about user invitations, but it does still send them as per the DVCS connector automatic access (as per this guide).
