Session remember me cookies not retained after pinning tabs in Chrome and restarting browser.

      seraph.rememberme.cookie does not seem to behave properly when using pinned tabs in Chrome. To reproduce:
      1. Log in to Cloud instance using Chrome , and check 'remember me' box.
      2. Pin tab
      3. Restart browser, or machine.
      4. Start chrome browser - you will be asked to login with your credentials again to your Cloud instance.

      Tested and confirmed using one, or multiple tabs for one, or multiple Atlasssian applications.
