Confusing empty dashboard during login failure

      The OnDemand UI is confusing during a failure login. Users are presented with an empty dashboard without much information on how to proceed.

      Also the Login link displayed on the 'empty dashboard' page does not work unless you clear the cookies.

      This behavior is faced mainly by Google Apps users.
