Summary of bug

When using French as the default language, some text is not shown properly, and shows instead

Steps to reproduce

Change the default language of JIRA to French in the General Configuration
Some of the main spots where this was observed is the 'Attach Screenshot' popup, and the 'Can't access your account?' page

  - Ascending
  - Descending
  - Thumbnails
  - List
