Current behaviour

The column for time spent is not translated in the French language pack, as shown in the screenshot.

Steps to reproduce

1. Choose French as the default language pack in the general configuration screen (or install JIRA with the French language pack);
2. Add the "Time Spent" column to be shown in the issue navigator;
3. You will be able to check that the word "hour" is not correctly translate to French (since it should be "heure"). The "minutes" word is fine since is the same for both English and French;
