Improve Swedish translation of 'common.status.unassigned'

      The current translation of 'common.status.unassigned' for Swedish is "Saknar ägare". I suggest this be changed to "Ej tilldelad" to align with the translation used in the list when selecting an assignee.
      The current translation ("Saknar ägare") means "owner missing" which isn't really correct IMHO.
