We filed two information requests and entered the debtor's name to obtain a certification of report and Order Information Request Search report. The payment information was entered, and when the correspondence was downloaded, we noticed that the debtor's name was omitted on the certification of report. On the Order Information Request Search, the debtor was an organization, but the information on the correspondence states individual, and the debtor's name was also omitted.  I am unable to attach documents to this ticket.
