      Hello Support team,

       

      I am one of the Admina and cannot add or send invitation to the user email gurpal.singh@innovasolutions.com

       

      Our account URL is https://acsicorp.atlassian.net/jira

       

       

      We have tried all the means to see if this user is available in inactive  or Deleted including Managed Accounts, but no success.

      Please resolve this issue at the earliest.
