      there are some languages in spain that covers significant millions of users and these languages doesn't exists in cloud. We was able to create custom packages for server and datacenter products with custom languages, but for some reason that option is not in cloud

      Can't Jira cloud support custom languages, somehow? or how to translate? there are official entities interested in translate
