I have an accessiblity issue with Jira Service Management portal channel.
In my case, the portal is configuried with default language German but the HTML start with
<!DOCTYPE html> <html lang="en-US" class="cv-layout-responsive"> <head> ...
Which is a problem for e.g. screen readers seeing lang="en-US" instead of (in my case) lang="de-DE" and, in consequence, generating wrong spoken output.
