Hi,
It would be great to be able to move the chat widget, change the size, or wrap the rovo agent in a button that can be placed as an item in the help center or portal, where internal employees seek help.
The use case is to have an IT support with an effective deflection, nudging end users to use the rovo agent before submitting tickets. At the moment, the chat button is in the bottom right corner and has to be manually triggered.
