      PROBLEM DEFINITION:
      System-generated error messages in JIRA/JSM (e.g., "Not Found: Cannot find work items", "We couldn't update the request", etc.) are not localised and only appear in English and therefore don't comply with Language Support settings. 

      SUGGESTED SOLUTION:
      The system-generated messages should be localised and comply with the user's language preferences and in turn, the language support settings. 

      WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT:
      This is required to offer a coherent experience for non-English users as currently system generated messages are seen in only English.
