Our users have been complaining that when trying to reset their password, the email doesn't arrive. I checked and this is indeed happening; it doesn't appear in the spam folder, trash, or any other folders.

How should we proceed? This is affecting our operation, as we can't directly reset the password, and they can't reset it either. I await a solution as soon as possible.
