Rovo Suggestions on Spanish while ticket and users language are on English

      Rovo Suggestions appear in a different language even though there's no traces of that language anywhere in the ticket.
       
      The project supported language is English, agents are using it on English (profile settings) and all the fields and comments are on English. But the summary under "Suggestions" appears in Spanish.
