      Issue Summary

      The request type filter in the 'Multi-space work list' option is not translated, even though translations appear correctly in the work item view. This issue occurs in a Jira Service Management (JSM) .

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Step 1
        Go to the 'Multi-space work list' option in your JSM project.
      2. Step 2
        Set the UI language to English.
        Observe the request type filter and compare it with the request type translation in the work item view

      Expected Results

      The request type filter in the 'Multi-space work list' should display the translated request types, matching the translations shown in the work item view and the selected UI language.

      Actual Results

      The request type filter in the 'Multi-space work list' remains untranslated (shows in Spanish), while the work item view displays the request types correctly translated in English.

      • This issue is observed when the language is set to English; the request type filter alone appears in Spanish.
      • All language translations are up to date.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
