[JAPANESE] "Get Started" page in Customer Experience is not translated

      Issue Summary

      "Get Started" page within Customer Experience page is not translated and English content s are shown even the language is set to Japanese.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Change the account language to Japanese
      2. Go to Jira App home (xxx.atlassian.net)
      3. Navigate to [Customer experiences]
      4. Add customer experience
      5. Go inside of that customer experience page
      6. Navigate to "Get Started(利用を開始)" tab

      Expected Results

      Contents are in Japanese

      Actual Results

      Contents are in English

      Workaround
