[JAPANESE] Month Names on Space Timeline Not Localized

      Issue Summary

      The month names on the space timeline aren't localized.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Change your language to Japanese in your account settings.
      2. Create any space and display the [Timeline].

      Expected Results

      The month names in Japanese (e.g., 9月, 10月, 11月, 12月, etc.) are displayed.

      Actual Results

      The month names are displayed in English, like this: September, October, November, December.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
