Translation Error
Issue Summary
From JSM 5.12.x, when the User and System Language is set to “Spanish”, the mail notifications contain English language words. Not all the contents of email notifications are translated into Spanish.
It was working correctly in JSM 5.4.x version.
Steps to Reproduce
- Setup Outgoing Notification.
- Change the Language to Spanish.
- User Profile > Preferences > Language.
- Jira Administration > System > Language.
- Go to Jira Administration > System > Batching Notifications and Set Batching for “2 minutes” or higher frequency.
- Create a test issue, assign it to a JSM agent. Modify the issue so notification events are generated - Assign Issue, Comment (public and Internal), Transition the issue.
Replicated on JSM 5.12.29 & 10.3.9.
Expected Results
The contents in the notification sent to agents should be translated into Spanish. In the notification, the line mentioning the changes present in the mail is translated.

Actual Results
The contents that show the information about the number of changes present in the mail are not translated to Spanish.
