Issue Summary
There is an untranslated set of text within
Jira App Settings -> Jira Service Management -> Customer Access -> Portal Access
Steps to Reproduce
- Change your language to Japanese in your account settings.
- go to [Jira App Settings]
- under [Jira Service Management]
- go to [Customer Access]
- locate to [Portal Access Section]
- The first option has English text as a description (see attachment)

Expected Results
エージェントまたは管理者のみ、カスタマーアカウントを作成することが出来ます。サインアップ機能も無効となり、承認されていないカスタマーからのメールリクエストも処理されなくなります。
Actual Results
Only agents or admins can create accounts for customers. Sign-ups will be disabled and email requests from unidentified customers won't be processed.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
