When forms is attached in JSM work items, there are "Attached forms" section.
In that section, agent users can perform several actions for forms such as "Edit form", "Make form external/internal", "Open/Close customer edits" and so on.

These actions are not translated, and always displayed as English regardlress user language.

It would be better if these actions are translated based on user account language.
