We are an Atlassian implementation partner working with several clients in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and other regions.

Currently, Arabic is not available as a supported language in Jira, Jira Service Management, or Confluence. Additionally, Urdu is also not supported.

We have received multiple client requests for Arabic language support in the Atlassian suite, particularly from government and enterprise customers in the UAE. Urdu support has also been requested by clients operating in Pakistan and parts of the GCC.

We kindly request Atlassian to consider adding full language support for:

• Arabic

• Urdu

This would greatly improve product accessibility and usability for native speakers in these regions and support wider adoption in Arabic- and Urdu-speaking markets.
