When selecting the Russian localization, the Обновлено column is displayed incorrectly - the last letter "О" is shown in Latin instead of Cyrillic. Because of this, search and filtering by this column do not work correctly.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Issues > Search for issues.
2. In the Columns menu, select the Updated field.
3. Notice that the column name is displayed as Обновленo (with the last letter in Latin).

Actual result:

Displayed as Обновленo (the last letter in Latin). Search and filtering do not work correctly.

Expected result:

The column should be displayed correctly as Обновлено (all letters in Cyrillic).
