Users have been complaining about getting new looking email notifications in a different language than their set jira language. As per customer, Email notifications should be sent out in German as per the language setting. In the screenshot 1 you can see it says: User hat sie in einem kommentar erwähnt
in the screenshot 2 it says User added a new comment, which is the same thing just one german and one english. "added a new comment" should also be in German
