i want Azerbaijan language support for JSM

      We will use JSM in Cloud. So we cant add our language. Because it is not on the list. 

      we want to change everything to Azerbaijanian. Adminstration settings, words, interface and more will be translated to Azerbaijanian. We want to buy product but language is not supported.
