Issue Summary

After changing the language to any language other than English from personal settings, the change doesn't reflect entirely on the settings tab of Jira in the new navigation

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable the new navigation from Jira Labs
2. Navigate to https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences 
3. Change the language to any language other than English

Expected Results

The language set in the personal settings should be reflected everywhere like old navigation

Actual Results

The Jira settings tab doesn't translate completely as per the set language.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
