      When the automation set resolution field, Activity log on Portal for resolution shows blank brackets in Japanese.

      The user set language "Japanese", Blank brackets are displayed.

      Your request status has changed to with resolution 完了.



      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create Automation to set resolution as following.
        1. Manually trigged
        2. Edit issue: Resolution field set "完了".
      2. The customer user create a ticket from Portal
      3. The agent user run the automation, the ticket resolution field is set to "完了".
      4. The customer user set language to Japanese and View the ticket on Portal.
      5. The customer user see as following text.

      and other information,
      If when the issue moves to Resolved, set resolution "完了" automatically by set workflow.

      Activity log shows as below

      English: Your request status has changed to Resolved with resolution 完了.
      Japanese: リクエストのステータスが、解決状況「完了」の「解決済」に変更されました。





      Suggestion

      When the status and resolution field is updated, it would be better to change the Japanese text on the portal view as following.

      リクエストのステータスが「Done」に、解決状況が「完了」に変更されました。

      When the resolution field is updated without the status changing, it would be better to change the Japanese text on the portal view as following.

      リクエストの解決状況が「完了」に変更されました。
