Issue Summary

Jira new navigation is rolling out.

Site admins can see the option to turn on new navigation for itself and all users in sites.
User icon > [Personal settings] > [General] > Jira labs

There are 2 options listed in UI.

• Turn on just for you
• Turn on for everyone else

If user language is in other than English, both options above are displayed with same words.

• in Japanese, both options displayed as 全員に対して有効にする (means Turn on for everyone else)

For the other languages, both options are displayed with same words.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set user preference language other than English
2. Access to Jira
3. User icon > [Personal settings] > [General] > Jira labs

Expected Results

Translation for "Turn on just for you" and "Turn on for everyone else" should be different

Actual Results

Translation for "Turn on just for you" and "Turn on for everyone else" shows same words

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
