Help menu is not translated

      The Help menu in Cloud shows its content in English, and not the user's selected language:

      This seems to be the case with any non-English language. This menu always appears in English.

      If you scroll down, there will be some duplicated menu options in the selected language, (as in CONFCLOUD-76524) but the top half of the menu always appears in English.

      When do we plan to translate the Help menu to other languages?
